Terms & Conditions

  1. Keep Your proof  of purchase as this is your warranty. No duplicate will be issued.
  2. All goods sold come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty-this excludes ex-demo units and all accessories (unless otherwise stated).
  3. We do not acceptable liability on client own vehicle manufacturer’s warranty (subject to work carried out).
  4. Burnt Voice Coils on all speakers/subwoofers are not covered under warranty.
  5. Specially ordered goods (i.e. non stock goods) are non-returnable or exchangeable
  6. Refunds cannot be offered on correctly supplied goods, however, a 25% restocking fee can be applied at the manager discretion.
  7. Any fault, damage or shortages must be notified within 48 Hours.
  8. Any goods returned for servicing, which are found to be non-faulty, will be subject to a £25.00 administrative charge.
  9. Title to these goods remains in Enigma Audio until paid for in full.
  10. All payments are subject to our terms and conditions.  These can be found on our website and also available on request.

Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation and paying a deposit, you accept and agree to our terms and conditions including our cancellation policy.

Notice for any cancellation is two full working days.  Failure to provide the required notice for cancellation will result in a fee equal to the time allocated for the job and restocking fee for any goods supplied.
